Yoga is a lifestyle practice that goes far beyond the mat and is available to everyone despite any life circumstance. Alex is honored to be a guide for others on the journey. When she’s not teaching, studying, practicing or working, she finds great joy in being close to the water, exploring new & familiar places, eating delicious food, dancing to good music, and enjoying life with people she loves.

  • Grace Marshall

Grace (she/they) started teaching because they wanted to co-create space for community to feel the magic that happens when our embodiment is empowered by our breath; this inclination has blossomed into a long term commitment to guiding compassionate space for self regulation. Grace loves to center the nervous system during movement and offer trauma informed instruction. Off the mat, they love to paint with bright colors, play bass, and do crossword puzzles.
